Get Moving, Get Active, Stay Fit!

Physical activity is well known to not only improve your overall physical health but also your mental well-being by reducing stress and tension and boosting energy levels. Inactivity is a leading cause of premature illness and death in the UK and as such, we at Heald Green Health Centre 1, strongly believe in EMPOWERING patients to get more active and improve their overall health.

Please see below for a list of local initiatives that may help improve your physical and mental well-being, regardless of your current fitness level. We welcome any information on local groups that may be of interest to our patient population, together with any feedback on groups you may find beneficial to your health.
